Privacy Policy

1.Who we are

VIA is a trading name of Sana Wellness Guidance Pty Ltd ("VIA", "we", "us", "our"), based in Sydney, Australia. We're bound by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2.What we collect

From instructors and studio owners

• Name, email, phone number, and business details
• Studio branding — logo, colours, business name
• Class schedules, pricing, and studio content you provide
• Billing information (processed by Stripe — see below)
• Communications between you and us (e.g. support emails)

From students booking through a VIA-powered app

• Name, email, and phone number
• Booking, attendance, and class pack/membership history
• Payment details (processed by Stripe — VIA does not see or store card numbers)

Student data belongs to the instructor's studio. We process it on the studio's behalf to make the booking app work — we don't use it for our own marketing or sell it to third parties.

3.How we use this information

• To build, host, and operate your branded app
• To process payments and subscriptions via Stripe
• To communicate with you about your account or app
• To provide customer support
• To improve VIA's service and fix issues

4.Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run VIA. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Some of these providers may store or process data on servers located outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

5.Data storage and security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect the information we hold. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe and only give staff access on a need-to-know basis.

6.Cookies

Our marketing website may use basic cookies for essential site functionality. We don't currently use tracking or advertising cookies.

7.Children's data

Some studios using VIA teach classes to children. Where a student is under 18, we expect the studio (as the account holder) to have appropriate parental consent to provide that student's information to us. We only use children's data to operate the booking app as directed by the studio.

8.How long we keep data

We keep your information for as long as your VIA subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. If you cancel your subscription, you can request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any legal retention requirements.

9.Your rights

Under Australian privacy law, you can ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that's inaccurate or out of date
• Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as VIA grows. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or a notice on our website before they take effect.
