Based on an average studio doing $800 a week in bookings (~$3,464 a month), at a $25 average per booking (~139 bookings a month). The "Stripe processing fee" row is the payment processor's cut, it applies on every platform including VIA, at the same rate, it is not charged by VIA. The real difference between platforms is the subscription fee plus any commission stacked on top of that.

Mindbody, Same Test
Mindbody's Australian pricing changed in May 2026: their entry-level Go plan now starts at A$89/month, with Core (A$279/mo) and Growth (A$369/mo) above it, both per location, with a branded app sold separately as an add-on. Processing is 3.6% + $0.30 online. Using their A$89 Go tier at the same $800/week, $25 average booking example:
